Contact Us
For corrections, broken links and questions about our guides. For anything to do with an FB77 account, balance or payout, you need the operator rather than us.
We are an independent guide site. We are not FB77, and we have no access to accounts, balances, bets or withdrawals. We cannot release a payout, credit a bonus, reset a password or reopen an account. Messages asking us to do any of those cannot be actioned, and sending us account details or passwords puts you at risk.
Take those to the operator's own live chat inside the app, with your account ID and the relevant transaction reference.

There is deliberately no contact form on this site. A form would mean collecting and storing your details through a third-party service; a plain email address does not, and it keeps our privacy policy as short as it is.
Reporting an error well
The reports we can act on fastest include three things:
Which page. The URL, or the page title.
What we said, and what you saw instead. A screenshot of the app screen is ideal — with account numbers, balances and personal details cropped out or covered.
When you saw it. Terms change, so the date tells us whether we are out of date or you hit a regional variation.
Passwords, one-time codes, full NID images, card numbers, or screenshots showing your account ID and balance together. We do not need them, we do not want them, and no legitimate site will ask you for them.
If you need help with gambling
If betting has stopped being entertainment, these services are free, confidential and independent of any operator or affiliate:
- Gambling Therapy — online support in several languages.
- BeGambleAware — advice, self-assessment and treatment referral.
- GamCare — helpline and live chat support.
Most operators also offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in the account settings. Those are worth using before things get difficult, not after.
Responsible play notice. Betting involves real money and uncertain outcomes and is for adults aged 18 and over. Most people lose money over time. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
