FB77 is not distributed through the Google Play Store, so Android users install a direct APK from the operator. That means one extra permission the first time, and a Play Protect warning that worries people more than it should. Both are explained here.

Installing on Android
Open the official site in Chrome on the phone itself, and find the app or download section.
Tap the Android download. The APK file lands in your Downloads folder.
Grant the one-time permission. Android 8 and above prompts automatically: tap Settings, then switch on Allow from this source for Chrome. On older versions it is Settings → Security → Unknown sources.
Open the downloaded file from the notification bar, or from Files → Downloads.
Confirm Install and dismiss the Play Protect notice covered below.
Open the app and register, choosing Bangladesh and BDT.
Third-party APK sites repackage installers, sometimes with additions the original does not contain. If an APK you found elsewhere asks during install for permissions like SMS reading or accessibility services, delete it and download from the official site instead.
The Play Protect Warning
Google Play Protect shows a caution for every app installed outside the Play Store, whatever that app is. The wording varies — "unsafe app blocked", or "this type of file can harm your device". Tap More details, then Install anyway.
The warning is about the distribution channel, not this specific app. The same prompt appears for corporate software side-loaded from a company intranet. What actually matters is the source you downloaded from.
Installing on iPhone
Apple's App Store rules keep real-money gambling apps of this type out of most regions, so iPhone users generally use the web app.
Open the mobile site in Safari.
Tap the share icon and choose Add to Home Screen.
Open it from the new icon. It behaves much like a native app.
Betting, deposits and withdrawals all work this way. Push notifications do not.
First Run and Verification
Tap Register and choose phone, email or one-click.
Set country Bangladesh and currency BDT. Neither can be changed later.
Enter a promo code now if you have one — it cannot be added afterwards.
Confirm you are 18 or over and accept the terms.
Go straight to account settings and complete NID verification: full name and date of birth as printed, plus clear photos of both sides.
Verifying now rather than at your first withdrawal is the single most useful thing you can do on day one. It is the most common cause of a held payout, and it is entirely avoidable.
Keeping It Updated
Because the Android app sits outside the Play Store, it handles its own updates. When a new build is released the app prompts on launch; accept and it installs over the existing one. You do not need to uninstall first, and nothing is lost — your balance, bet history and verification status live on the operator's servers, not on the handset.
When the Install Fails
"App not installed"
Usually an older copy still present, a part-finished download, or full storage. Uninstall any existing version, free a couple of hundred MB, download again and retry.
"There was a problem parsing the package"
The file is incomplete or corrupt, almost always a dropped connection mid-download. Delete the partial file and download again on Wi-Fi.
The download button does nothing
In-app browsers inside Facebook, Messenger or WhatsApp block APK downloads. Tap the three-dot menu, choose Open in browser, and download from Chrome.
The app installs but will not open
Clear the cache from Settings → Apps → FB77 → Storage, then reopen. If it still fails, reinstall the current APK. On phones with little free RAM, closing background apps before launch helps.
No confirmation code arrives
Check the number was entered without the leading zero where a country code field is shown, confirm you have signal, and wait the full minute before requesting another. After three failures, use live chat.
